Fleet Mortgages appoints two new business development managers

Specialist buy-to-let lender Fleet Mortgages has today announced the appointment of two new business development managers (BDM), Jacqui Simmons and Katy Williams.

Simmons joins Fleet as a senior BDM covering the South East region, while Williams joins as a BDM covering the Midlands.

Prior to joining Fleet, Simmons held a number of sales and business development positions, most recently with Magellan Homeloans and, before this, Castle Trust.

Williams has worked in the mortgage industry for the past seven years, in both the intermediary market and for high-street lenders.

Both BDMs will report into Fleet Mortgages national sales manager Graham Le Bas, and will be expected to develop new and existing adviser relationships within their region.

Commenting, Fleet Mortgages distribution Steve Cox: “Part of the success of Fleet is having quality sales and BDM staff both out on the road and within our head office.

“The appointment of both Jacqui and Katy to these BDM positions bolsters our service offering across the South East and the Midlands and ensures advisers have access to excellent individuals who can help them with individual cases while developing their overall buy-to-let business offering.”
