Broker Conveyancing launches new referral platform

Broker Conveyancing has launched The Hub, a new and improved portal for its broker members.

The portal is designed to provide a smoother and more intuitive experience, making it quicker for brokers to track and manage conveyancing cases for clients.

The Hub is set to help brokers to scale and expand their business models by providing referrals and quotes for additional services that they can pass on to clients. Members can access a panel of trusted conveyancing firms, from whom they can source quotes for a range of services in under 15 seconds.

The new portal is more user friendly, with quotes being optimised to enable brokers to generate quotes and instructions faster than before. It also has improved transparency around fees, allowing brokers to communicate easily with clients.

Alongside the new features, brokers who switch to The Hub will get exclusive access to more products and add-ons, including a new all-inclusive remortgage bundle starting from £175.

CEO at Broker Conveyancing, Mark Tosetti, stated: "This isn’t just a one-off upgrade to our referral portal. It crucially provides a new and improved foundation on which we can build and provide continuous improvement for our users, based on feedback we’ve collected from our members over the past year.

"We have a full roadmap of enhancements planned out and due to launch over the next 12 to 24 months; all focused on providing additional benefits, products and services that our brokers can call upon, as well as further improving the overall user experience. This is an incredibly exciting step that should help to make our members’ day-to-day processes easier, clearer and more efficient, and ultimately help them to scale up and develop. Broker Conveyancing is a partner, not just a portal.

"Current broker members should rest assured that the rollout of the new portal will be gradual and has been designed to cause minimal disruption to their case load. Plus, our support teams will be on hand and ready to assist with any questions."
