Frequent Asked Questions

Entries:

Can we write over the word limit?

A: Yes, we do accept 10% + - of the word limit

What is the format you accept for submitting the entry documents?

A: We only accept PDF or word files

What is the format you accept for submitting logos?

A: We accept jpeg, png or eps. These need to be a minimum of 300dpi.

Are there any sets of questions or criteria to follow?

A: In terms of criteria, there are no set questions for you to enter, provided you can communicate to the judges why you should win the award with all the great work you’ve been doing. Try to demonstrate the positive impact the company/project/initiative etc has had on the sector, the company and clients or customers. There’s no set format either, so provided you’re within the word count, you can set it out however you’d like. Some entrants like to use case studies, some like to use graphs and statistics to support their argument, some like to use client testimonials; it’s completely up to you.

Unless multiple case studies are relevant to the same specific company/project/initiative you have championing in your entry, we would advise you stick to just one to make it easier for the judges to understand the impact it's had, but again, however you think best to show this.

Our how-to-enter guide outlines this is more detail, and includes an example entry to give you an idea of what the judges are looking for: GUIDELINES
